First, there have been proven health benefits as well as health issues that come along with fasting.
Second, there are many religions in which fasting is a common practice and has been done safely.

These are ana diets which will trash your metabolism. Since you will be having less than 1000 calories a day (which is anorexic) your body will adjust your metabolism to that, which means it will slow. This means that whatever weight you lose on the diet you’ll likely gain back after because your metabolism can’t keep up.
These diets will also put you at risk of vitamin deficiency!!
